best color manager on mac

nice and easy to manage color when you design

Perfect

Ive used the free version for a couple of years now, and I just purchased the Pro version. Its great and worth every penny.

It’s a time saving tool!

Sip lets me sync colors among all my projects. Really easy of use (ux could be a little bit better).

Great must-have productivity app for web dev and design

no need for many words, those in title are sufficient :) wish: synchronisation with Sketch palettes would be awesome !

I LOVE Sip!!

This is the perfect color picker/palatte management tool for me. Chances are itll be awesome for you too :)

gets the job done

Does what it’s supposed to, unobtrusively, and it gives all the colours cute little names. Use it every day.

Fantastic

This app is small, simple and useful for anyone working with colors for design. The only thing I would like to see is an extension to the editor that would use a color to generate a variation of palletes: mono, compliment, triad, tetrad, analogic, accented analogic, etc.

perfect

I tried it for interface and web design and it’s awesome. Love it

Cool!

Very useful and easy to use app

Simple, easy and wonderfull

It works very well, I especially love the color dock of the pro version.

Simple and fast

The pro version is worth the money. The only request is that it would be nice to manually add colors by code.

The Best Color App By A Long Shot!!!

By far the best color app I have ever worked with. They must all be developers and artists cause I swear they thought of every feature I would have wanted and even the ones I didn’t think were possible.

Finally a solid color app

As a designer and developer, I have tried MANY color apps. Almost all of them have one or two useful functions. Sip is fully loaded. It was awesome when I first purchased it and they just keep improving it.

Great App

Helps you stay organized with your colors. I use this daily.

Keeps crashing on 10.11

No matter how I change the color format, it just KEEPS CRASHING when I want to pick a color from screen, totally unable to use.

Shockingly useful

I never fully understood the power of Sip until I started using it. I’m not a designer at all, but needed an easy way to duplicate the palette from one program (MathType) to another (Keynote). It took under 30 seconds point and click to build the palette from MathType and put it in a slide out menu right by the color controls for Keynote, making it nearly instantaneous to color Keynote text to match the colors of equations I’d added from MathType. Since that discovery, I’ve found more and more ways to use it. It is non-obtrusive, powerful, simple and the developer continues to improve it. A very good purchase. While you can get the basic version to try, I don’t think you really understand the power of the program until you spring the modest $10 for the Pro version.

I am not a beta tester - stop treating me like one.

Getting an update every few days says this developer isn’t taking my computer, and my work, seriously. I am not your beta tester. Fix it on your own time, then release when you’re done, otherwise I have to uninstall.

This is another Hall of Fame Updating app

If you like performing minor updates to your software, then this app is for you. You’ll always have something to do on your Mac, even if it’s only updating this software.

LOVE. THIS. APP.

I spend a lot of time laying out and formatting new pages on my site, and I used to have to go into Photoshop for its eyedropper and color codes. It’s GREAT to not have to do that anymore. This app has done EXACTLY what I’ve needed, does it reliably and simply, no fuss, no complication, just works. Thanks so much!!

Use all the time

I use this everyday. It’s highly customizable. It’s really nice being able to modify a selected color with Sip.
