Now I can not imagine web or iOS development without this app.

But. After last update your app start working as slow as turtle. Sometimes it takes 2 seconds to react on click. Is that the same for Pro version?

Very bad default shortcuts for Color profile selection.

There is a bug (form long time), when you click SIP and you move from main screen to the second screen there is an offset bug from top (i’ve disabled osx doc on the second screen osx 10.9) please fix.

i love this App! Perfect for select colours and convert in many type like UIColor, HEX etc.. Great Job!

I have tried browser bases solutions, but they only work in the browser and are buggy. Sip is the best! It always works and I can tell the delvelpers really take pride in their app. I just boght pro, totally worth supporting these guys and all of the cool extras.

The simplicity and utility of Sip is amazing. I couldn’t imaging developing without it.

I like this app, I really do. I like having it standing by reading to tell me what a color code is. I think for the pro user who thinks about colors and palettes all day, you’ll want the pro version. In the meantime, for those who don’t want the pro version, please stop reminding us that there is a pro version!

Seriously this is an awesome color picker. I love these features: - The hex color on the magnifier/color picker - Ability to share colors - Ability to choose between color formats - Ability to set format - History of colors picked. For the 3.0 Update: I still love using this app. The 3.0 update fixes all the Dark Mode UI bugs that were present. I also like the color quote you get when you first launch Sip and you don’t have any colors picked. Nicely done! The one thing I don’t like is the blue “Buy Pro” button. I know it’s probably better to have it there, but you also have it in Preferences and I would really like it if it stayed there. Again, just nitpicking. Hope it doesn’t take away from a brilliant update. Seriously this is great! One thing I would ask for is that by default, the sound should be off. I install this in as many macs as possible, and the sound really annoys me. But that’s just a nitpick. Thanks for the app!

I am an iOS developer and also graphic designer. This is one app that I will never uninstall. Hands down awesome sauce.

I’ve downloaded and tried at least 10 free color pickers on the App store, and multiple freeware programs online. Each time I would run into the problem of incorrect readings, or no support for certain codes. There was even one that didn’t align with the resolution on my screen and would calibrate as if I was running a 720x resolution, while I’m actually on a 1440. Seriously great application. Thank you Rui Aureliano. Props to this amazing app.

I like Sip, but I am annoyed that this update, which went off automatically via App Store settings, cleared my history. Those were my most used colors. Also the constant blue menu button with Pro has to go.

I’ve always loved the desktop app, but check out the iPhone app! Does an amazing job of pulling a palette from any image that you find inspiring, then syncs with the desktop app. Really loving this for site design.

I’m a web developer and I use this tool constantly during development. I’ve tried using other tools but this is the most consistent and most powerful I have found. I find every time I start up my computer I start up this app knowing I will use it.

I’d love to give this app 5 stars, it’s an awesome idea and I really would love to use it. I upgraded to Pro and started setting up my palettes Every time I tried creating a palette it would disappear when the menu bar window would close. I’d go to the Preferences and all of my palettes would be gone. I’ve reinstalled the app and it continues to do the same.

I’ve been a Sip user for a few years now. The recent updates have made it one of my daily apps. In particular the colour palettes feature is simply amazing for getting colours in and out of Sketch or Photoshop. I had a problem with Sip Pro because I changed countries in the App Store. Sent an email to Sip Support and got a response and solution in under 10 minutes! Absolutely amazing having a top quality product with top quality service. These guys care about their products and their customers.

I have been using this app since It was a paid app. Great app, very useful. If your looking for a color picking app, this is the best one out of all the ones I have tired. Also, the App is often updated so that is always a big plus in my book.

I cannot sign in from my phone, therefore all the palettes (note the spelling, dear author of the app!) do not sync. This is frustrating, since I paid the ten bucks to upgrade. I wish I had not.
