REVISED: All my palettes are gone after 4.0 update!!!

My snapshots (backup) will not restore. Contacted Support. Have not heard back yet. Last time I reached out to them they never responded. Really disappointed. I had a ton of color palettes that I lost. I am a premium user. :(

UPDATE: Support reached out and although I was unable to restore my palettes from the snapshot they were able to send me a backup so my palattes were saved. I highly recommend existing users create a backup or screen capture palattes before updating to 4.0.
